Room service was fast, friendly, and somewhat accurate.
Bar staff were great and so friendly - really made us feel welcome.
One example of the poor decoration was that the room had two large and deep alcoves with three glass shelves that we assume were supposed to have objects on display in them.
All in all, I enjoyed the benefits of an international chain hotel without even once feeling like I was staying in a chain hotel.
